I would like to request for a copy of my 2021 ITR.
I am requesting for a copy of the subject document as I need to submit it to Eastwest Bank as part of the document requirements for my bank loan. Also, I need to submit it to my new employer, Mediacom Philippines, as part of the new hire requirements.
