Hi. I would like to kindly request approval to cite the results in the 2019 National ICT survey published in this discussion paper: https://dict.gov.ph/ictstatistics/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/NICTHS-EDAPR.pdf In particular, I intend to cite that only 8.5% of surveyed households in BARMM have computers while only 4.5% have internet connection. Rest assured that this is only for a school paper submission. I am hoping for your timely response. Thank you.
