You requested information on the following four barangays (Barangays Hinaplanon, San Roque,
Santiago and Upper Hinaplanon) of Iligan City, specifically on the following data: (1) 2019 Population per purok; (2) 2019 Number of household per purok; (3) 2019 Number of male and female per purok; (4) 2019 Number of Senior Citizens per purok; (5) 2019 Number of Children/infant per purok; and (6) 2019 Number of PWDs per purok.

Response to your request

Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.

It is the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) that may have the data you require . Under Republic Act 10625 (the “Philippine Statistical Act of 2013”), the PSA is the government agency responsible for preparing and conducting periodic censuses on population, housing, agriculture, fisheries, business, industry and other sectors of the economy. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the PSA by submitting a request to the PSA via this portal. You may also contact the PSA by telephone at 462-6600 locals 839, 833 and 834 or via email at [email protected].

Furthermore, since you are asking for information specific to Iligan City, the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Iligan City may also have the data you wish to obtain. Therefore, you may also direct your request to the LGU.

Your right to request a review
