Hi, I would like to request the following information. Data will be used to better understand the 2019-2022 performance results of local governments in terms of health service coverage/utilization
1) 2019-2022 Net Enrolment Rate in elementary education and Net Enrolment Rate in secondary education, disaggregated per gender and per province
2) 2019-2022 School Completion Rate in elementary education per gender per province

We will use the data for the analysis of the Local Government Unit Health Scorecard performance results per province. Specifically, we want to use the net enrollment rate and completion rate among female elementary and secondary student as proxy of "basic literacy" among women.

I refer to my letter of Mar 21, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for 2019-2022 Gross Enrolment Rate in elementary education and in secondary education. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jun 13, 2023.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
