Hi, I would like to request a copy of the AFP General Court Martial decision convicting Ex-PMA Comptroller Hector Maraña of Malversation in 2018. If a copy of the decision is not available, the dispositive portion of the decision will suffice. This request is being made in connection with a criminal case pending before the Municipal Trial Court in Cities - Branch 1 in Baguio City, which involves Mr. Maraña as the private complainant.
