May 11, 2020 Dear Mark Joseph, Thank you for your request dated May 09, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for 2018 FIES Public Use File. Please submit the following requirements to [email protected]: 1) Letter of Request addressed to our Head of Agency with an affixed signature of the Agency Head/Thesis Adviser indicating the specific data of puf, its reference period, and the purpose of using the microdata 2) Accomplished Data Product Agreement Form which was shared with you via google drive Once these documents are received, we will submit these for approval and will process and provide you the data as soon as possible.
