To whom it may concern: Hello sir/ma'am, This is a follow-through on my request with tracking code #PSA-358251563936 for PUF of the 2018 Family Income and Expenditure Survey. I have sent an email in compliance of the needed documents: 1.) Letter of Request 2.) Accomplished Data Product Agreement form as per the advisory of Mr. Noel G. Perez.
