The researcher is presently conducting a study entitled "Teachers Scientific Inquiry and Research Capability: Bases for Development of Research Mentoring Guide." The foremost purpose of this study is to design and develop a mentoring guide for the Research/Capstone Project of the Senior High School, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) through teachers' scientific inquiry and research capability.
In view of this, the researcher is currently considering the results of the Basic Education Exit Assessment (BEEA) for School Year 2018-2019 of all schools divisions in Region VI for the literature review. I refer to my letter of Jun 17, 2022 01:59:53 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for 2018 Basic Education Exit Assessment Results.
Please be informed of the additional requirements you need to submit. To process your request, kindly submit the following documents to [email protected], stating your FOI request tracking code:
a. Letter specifying the purpose of the request and the data being requested (year administration, scope, variables);
a. School ID to show proof that you are enrolled in a higher education institution;
B. Copy of your approved thesis/dissertation proposal signed by your Adviser;
c. Endorsement letter signed by the school Dean.
Note that the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) can only release 10% of the actual number of examinees per year. Individual test results with names shall not be released unless the “data subject agrees to the collection and processing of personal information about and/or relating to him/her” per Section 3 of Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Additionally, a corresponding amount shall be charged by BEA for the processing of the data request.
