Good day! I would like to request the actual full text transcripts of President Rodrigo Duterte's speeches during the year 2017
Specifically during Pres. Duterte's Out-of-country Presidential Visits to:
Brunei (October 5–6)
Japan (October 29–31)
I have asked for this before and I'm grateful because most of the links to the other speeches were working but unfortunately the links to these two, in particular, are not working/cannot be found. Your help in locating these speeches are much appreciated.

Hi! Just to clarify, I'm looking for full text transcripts of President Duterte's speeches, if he did give a speech or remark, that addressed the Filipino community in the countries stated.
