Good day! I would like to request the actual full text transcripts of President Rodrigo Duterte's speeches during the year 2017 Specifically during Pres. Duterte's Presidential Visits to: 1.Russia (May 22–24) Brunei (October 5–6) Japan (October 29–31) Vietnam (November 8–11) When I checked the PCOO website, the pages that might've contained the speeches were not loading. Thank you!
