I am, Elizer M. Rebucas, a student from Bukidnon State University, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon. I am currently working with my dissertation paper on the current status of students academic performance. Anent to this, may I humbly request from your Office the 2018, 2019, & 2020 National Achievement Test (NAT) results in the following Level;
(1) Overall National Performance/Rating
(2) Overall Performance of Region XI and the individual Performance/Rating of the different School Division

PURPOSE OF THE STUDY
The purpose of the study is to develop a structural model which best fits students’ academic performance. One of their essential success indicators is their performance in national level. Specifically, comparing their results progress in National Achievement Test (NAT) tests for the past three (3) years.
OUTPUT OF THE PROJECT
The output of the project will be a publishable educational paper creating educational model on students’ academic performance. The paper contains also information that adds new idea to the body of scientific knowledge in addressing academic performance issues.

Dear ELIZER REBUCAS,
I refer to my letter of Jan 29, 2022 07:55:10 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for 2017, 2018, 2019 NAT Results.
Please be informed of the additional requirements you need to submit. To process your request, kindly submit the following documents to [email protected], stating your FOI request tracking code:
a. Letter specifying the purpose of the request and the data being requested (year administration, scope, variables);
a. School ID to show proof that you are enrolled in a higher education institution;
B. Copy of your approved thesis/dissertation proposal signed by your Adviser;
c. Endorsement letter signed by the school Dean.
Note that the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) can only release 10% of the actual number of examinees per year. Individual test results with names shall not be released unless the “data subject agrees to the collection and processing of personal information about and/or relating to him/her” per Section 3 of Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Additionally, a corresponding amount shall be charged by BEA for the processing of the data request.
