Hi and a pleasant afternoon, May we request for a copy of the transcript for the event called 2016 Presidential Awards for Filipino Individuals and Organizations Overseas (PAFIOO). It was held at the Rizal Hall, at around 4:30pm on December 19, 2016 We are currently doing an e-book of the President’s speeches on overseas Filipinos and each volume will represent a year. As the PAFIOO is our event, it is imperative that we get an official copy of the speech rendered by the President.
