Good day! We would like to request the 2016 Policy Statements, particularly, the full text transcripts of Pres. Duterte's speeches. Specifically, PRRD's Presidential Visit to these countries: Laos and Indonesia (September 5–9) Vietnam (September 28–29) Brunei and China (October 16–21) Japan (October 25–27) Thailand and Malaysia (November 9–10) Peru (November 18–20) Cambodia and Singapore (December 13–16) Also, we would like to follow up on our other request regarding the full text transcripts of speeches about PRRD's presidential visits during 2017.
