Hi sir/madam, I took the PEPT at a school in Sta.Lucia High School at J.P Rizal Novaliches Quezon City, somewhere between Jan 2015 to June 2015 Unfortunately the copy of the test result got burned during a fire accident we had year 2019. I plan to finish school, and long have I saved. I cannot enroll as the school is requiring me for the copy of the PEPT test. Please help me.
