Dear Regional Director Jamen, in order for me to prepare my report regarding the poorest of the poor in Caraga, particularly in Butuan, may we kindly request for the 2015 Listahanan database that covers the following: 1) number of households per province, cities, number of households per province, cities and municipalities for Caraga, 2) number of children and ages (infant - pre-school), 3) number of school age children - highschool, 4) copy of the 50 questions used in Listahanan.
