December 7, 2022 Dear Ms. Eden Joy Palaña, I refer to my letter of Dec 06, 2022 06:40:36 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for 2009 Annual Average Daily Traffic (AADT) in Cagayan De Oro.
