I would like to obtain a copy of a memorandum of Atty. John Rio. A Bautista, OIC-Director II, Legal Research Docket and Enforcement Branch, addressed to the Honorable POEA Administrator, dated 20 August 2020 regarding the docketed cases referred by different POLOs wherein POLO Hong Kong was furnished a copy. I would also like to clarify that "internal use" is not a valid exemption from the FOI law. Therefore, this document must be provided in response to this FOI request.
