RONALIE 05:40 PM, May 19, 2021 I would like to obtain a copy of a memorandum of Atty. John Rio. A Bautista, OIC-Director II, Legal Research Docket and Enforcement Branch, addressed to the Honorable POEA Administrator, dated 20 August 2020 regarding the docketed cases referred by different POLOs wherein POLO Hong Kong was furnished a copy. Could you please provide me with a copy of this memorandum and any other supporting documents, policy papers, statistics on number of forwarded complaints, disposition of complaints, compliance with the memorandum, or other details.
