July 13, 2020
Dear MARIEL MANUEL,
Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Jun 11, 2020 10:06:33 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
It took us longer than usual to deal with your request due to technical difficulty we encountered in accessing the eFOI portal.
We note, however, that your concerns are not covered under Executive Order No. 2, or the Freedom of Expression in the Executive Branch.
Substantially, your issues are: (1) problem on employment status, and (2) incorrect MLhuillier reference number for your cash assistance under the Small Business Wage Subsidy program of the DOF through SSS. The first issue is a labor problem which you could have brought before the appropriate field office of the DOLE-Regional Office I for assistance. The second is a matter that falls within the mandate of the SSS, being the releasing agency for the SBWS program.
This, notwithstanding, the undersigned called you through your mobile number 09958122439 on July 9, 2020 to assist you with your concerns in the best possible way we can.
Per telephone conversation, you relayed the information that you are no longer connected with the Rural Bank of Central Pangasinan-Calasiao Branch. Your probationary period has ended and the said company, following its hiring standards and due process, decided not to hire you as a regular employee. Based on your statement, you raise no objection to your not being regularized and that you are okay with RBC’s decision.
As to the second concern, we advise you to contact the following communication channels of the SSS:
Call Center: 1455 (via cellphone) and 81455 (via landline)
Toll Free: 1-800-10-2255777
Email:
[email protected]
Facebook: fb.com/SSSPh
Website: www.sss.gov.ph
We hope that your concern with your SBWS assistance will be resolved the soonest.
