Hi! May I please request a Certificate Of No Residency. My Name is Patrick Jon Paule Dela Paz and my parents are from pasig city but I was born in Manila, Manila and there is discrepancy on my passport instead of me being born in manila they put pasig city. I was never a resident in Pasig City since my dad left my mom and I grew up in pampanga. Requesting a certificate of no residency there in pasig city please. I need it for my renewal of passport. Please advise me on how to get it or do I need to go in person? my number is 09602999827 Thanks so much!
