Hi, I would like to request for the Philippine Aircraft Accidents, Incidents, and Serious Incidents Report from 1989-2007. This will be used for our research, as the data published on caap.gov.ph only covers the report of aircraft accidents, incidents, and serious incidents from 2008 onwards. Thank you very much!

Your request You asked for 1979-2008 Philippine Aircraft Accidents, Incidents, and Serious Incidents Report. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the Civil Aeronautics Boards at 8854-5996 / 8853-7259, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests/new?agency=CAB. Per CAAP-Aircraft Accident Investigation and Inquiry Board (AAIIB), before the creation of CAAP in 2008, the Civil Aeronautics Board is the agency is in charge of releasing the final report to the public by virtue of Section 32, paragraph 11 of Republic Act No. 776.
