Hi I write to request for the records of the construction of the Gloria Municipal Legislative Building, brgy Maligaya, Gloria, Oriental Mindoro
Base on the information gathered, the project was completed by Green Island Enterprise, but despite several formal requests, the 2nd District Engineering office only sent us a copy of the "Plan as Built"
I am trying to locate the following documents for review of Vice Mayor:
1. MOA between the LGU and the DPWH
2. Approved Plan
3. Details on Bidding Process , winning bidder
4. Program of Works
5. Completion report
6. Accomplishment report
7. Other doc
