I refer to my letter of Mar 07, 2020 07:18:15 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for 13th/14th month pay.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. We sent you an email last May 01, 2020. We would just like to clarify details to your request, are you casual or permanent employee of Local Water District? The DOLE is only in charge of private employees, if you are a government employee you may also try to lodge request to Department of Budget and Management (DBM) or Civil Service Commission.
We're sorry if we cannot reply you thru the FOI portal because due to the ECQ we cannot open the other account. Since we are work from home, some of the details into that account is in the office.

Dear Ronie,
I refer to my letter of Jun 12, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for 13th/14th month pay. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Sep 04, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
