Hi, I would like to obtain copies of the 12 November 2015 agreement that was signed between POLO HK and Employeasy Group.

The Officer-in Charge, Ma Nena G. German signed this agreement. The first page of the agreement reads:

"Please be inform that "Employeasy Group Limited" is the new name of POLO-Hong Kong's service provider effective 1 December 2015"

"For updating the current setup and installation of Employeasy system, please contact Mr. Ching of Employeasy Group Limited at telephone no. 2803-5151 and mobile no. 9757-1297."

I would also like info on what bidding process was used.
