Hi, I would like to obtain a copy of the 12 November 2015 Contract Between POLO HK and Employeasy Group Limited. DOLE previously denied a similar FOI request in #DOLE-258135215934, however the reasoning the the document is 'internal' is not a valid exemption to FOI law. Furthermore, the contract exists online here: https://imgur.com/a/cgmL1GO - this is of significant public importance because the report DOLE relied on in cancelling the contract of a new service provider also mentioned that Employeasy did not have authority either - so why is Employeasy allowed to continue to operate?
