Hi, I would like to obtain a copy of the 12 April 2018 letter that Thomas Chan / Hong Kong Union of Employment Agencies (HKUEA) provided to Secretary Bello during his trip to Hong Kong.

Be advised, DOLE improperly denied access to these records in #DOLE-955496624527, however, the reasoning that DOLE providing to deny access to these records was not consistent with FOI law.
