To whom this may concern, Good day! I am a student of Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of the Philippines. Our group was assigned to report the 10-year SWM Plan of the Province of Cavite. Unfortunately, the said document is not available online in any platform like the websites of the province and NSWC. May we humbly request for the copy of the Plan to be used as our material for our Environmental Planning and Policy Analysis Class in UP School of Urban and Regional Planning? Thank you very much.
