Dear IPOPHL,
I am writing a news article and I would like to request for a list of the top ten filers of utility models (UM) in the IPOPHL for the year 2022. In a press release, Cebu Technological University was named as top UM filer for this year.

However, I would like to ask for the names of applicants who been included in the top 10 list of UM filers.
