Good Day Sir/Ma'am, May I respectfully request for a copy of Deed of Sale between NAFCO & Honorata Alicaba of a farmland Lot #5643-A located at Brgy. Southern Davao, Panabo City, Davao del Norte and Certificate of Full Payment. Last payment was made last June 23, 1972 per OR#7736274 for land titling purposes.

July 22, 2022 Dear ANNIE ABANDULA, I refer to my letter of Oct 25, 2021 12:42:21 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for 1. Please provide us a copy of a special power of attorney or any proof indicating that you are the heir of the claimant of the aforesaid lot, in relation the requirements of the Data Privacy Act.
