Hi! I would like to request for information regarding: 1. Data on Kapon Drive during Mayor Sotto's term (i.e., kapon drives done during his term, number of aspins and puspins who were spayed and neutered through this drive, and other relevant data) 2. Information on the City Vet's practice on impounding and putting caught strays for adoption.
