You have requested data on the University of the Philippines Diliman Student Insurance Claims.

I am pleased to inform you that your FOI request has been approved. You may contact the Office of Scholarships and Grants <[email protected]> to collect the available data they have. It is preferred that you contact them directly given the nature of the data you are looking for.

Your right to request a review

If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOI request, you have the option to request an internal review.
