Purpose: For loan restruction.
Tracking no: #SSS-299921479907
Dear SSS Management, I am pleading your office to revert my payment be posted on my application for loan condonation, instead of posting to regular loan: 1. I believe there was an error on your system or perhaps on my end, when I am doing the process online. The process did not proceed up to approval, where you could find the loan restructured amount with the breakdown of your monthy payment. But because I've seen how much DP will be paid, and I was able to pay it via online. 2. Upon inquiry it was posted on a regular loan payment. And I was told that there was no remedy. Which gave so much dissappointment because I just wanted to settle it, to stop accumulating the penalty and interest. 3. I acknowledged my mistake if there was, but saying that is has no remedy, was too much. I am pleading to whom it may concern that this will be addressed and give some advise on how oo settle this. Here is my information: AMY AZCUETA RIVERA SSS-33-1809305-2
