However, based on our initial findings, please be inform further that there is a registered entity under the name of NIV DELLA BEAUTY INNOVATIONS INC. Doing business under the name and style of FRESH FORMULA SKIN PRODUCTS, COLOURETTE COSMETICS with SEC Registration #CS201704994. As of to date, the Audited Financial Statements available in our official records is for the period 2017 to 2023.
Should you decide to request for a copy of the said AFS, you may proceed through SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC. The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents by logging in at [https://www.sec.gov.ph/online-services/sec-express-system/#gsc.tab=0]. The system covers the following options: a.
