Hi, I am Atty. Marvin Joseph Ocampo from Divina Law Offices. I am writing on behalf of our client, Harbour Centre Port Terminal Subic, Inc. (HCPTSI). During the meeting held last 16 July 2024 between HCPTSI and the SBMA Seaport Department, we requested a copy of the SBMA Board Resolution No. 24-02-0472 regarding the Port Facility Usage Agreement (PFUA) at the Naval Supply Depot (NSD) Compound. We were, however, directed by the SBMA officials present to submit a formal request for the same. In this regard, I, on behalf of HCPTSI, formally requests your good office for a copy of SBMA Board Resolution No. 24-02-0472.
