Upon reviewing your request, we would like to inform you that your Transcript of Records is already available. However, we are still awaiting the submission of the original corrected copy of your TOR, which is necessary to proceed with the release of your requested document.
Please note that we previously provided instructions via the ODRS (Online Document Request System) for you to submit the original corrected TOR, but the authenticated copy was uploaded instead. To clarify, the original corrected copy is required for us to complete your request.
On September 25, 2024, we also attempted to reach you via phone, but the contact number provided was inactive at the time. Fortunately, we have now spoken over the phone and have agreed that you will submit the corrected TOR. Once this document is received, we will promptly release your Transcript of Records for La Consolacion University.
