Please be advised that there is no 2018 and 2021 Annual Poverty Indicators Survey since we have the Family Income and Expenditure Survey and Official Poverty Statistics for these specific years, you may refer further to the technical notes: https://psa.gov.ph/statistics/income-expenditure/apis/technical-notes
The Annual Poverty Indicators Survey (APIS) is a household-based survey to provide information on the different indicators related to poverty that can be used to monitor the poverty situation in the country. The APIS is undertaken during the years when the Family Income and Expenditure Survey (FIES) is not conducted. Moreover, APIS is a rider survey to the July Labor Force Survey (LFS) round.
How to download PUF
1. Go to https://psada.psa.gov.ph/
2. On the PSADA Homepage, click register to create an account
3. Click on “Microdata Catalog” menu and click on “Central Data Catalog”
4. Look for “Family Income and Expenditure Survey” and click it.
5. You may download the microdata folder under “Microdata” of the “Family Income and Expenditure Survey 2018 and 2021”
6. PUF Terms and Conditions will appear check the “I hereby agree on the terms and conditions stated above.” and click on Submit. Your download will begin shortly.
