We are pleased to inform you that your FOI request has been approved.
In reference to your concern, you can download your Digital National ID through https://national-id.gov.ph/ using your computer or smartphone with an internet connection or by downloading the eGovPH mobile application.
We would like to inform you that similar to the National ID and its other formats, the Digital National ID has no expiration and shall be honored and accepted in all transactions requiring proof of identity and age, subject to authentication.
Meanwhile, you may walk-in at any registration center to claim your ePhilID at your earliest convenience. Please present your transaction slip or TRN on the day of your visit. You will be assisted by our personnel in the process. For the location of registration centers, please check https://www.philsys.gov.ph/registration-center
