HI I would like to know what are the requirements of changing my mother's name on my parent's marriage contract. It was named to her twin sister and also to change for her father/my grandfather's name. My grandfather is a foreign national lived in Philippines with no existing documents/records in the Philippines but his name was used by my mother's siblings for their birth certificate records.
