In reference to your concern, please be informed that currently, the process of updating and correction of demographic information in the National ID is in its pilot implementation phase in selected provinces in the country.

We encourage you to safekeep your National ID and avoid sharing it on social media or with other people to protect your personal information.
Please also note that you do not need to register again as you already have a PhilSys Number or PSN, which is your permanent unique identification number in the National ID system registry.
