Good day! I would like to request authorization to access household data from selected barangays in Lucena City. Specifically, I would like to obtain the following: 1) Household count per barangay 2) Names of household representative/head per household 3) Latest population data per barangay I will be using this information to select participants for my survey as part of my research. I pledge to use this data solely for the purpose of research and development and with utmost confidentiality. I am hoping for your positive response. Thank you very much.
