Good day! I am Allyssa Mae S. Viterbo, a fourth-year BS Statistics student at the University of the Philippines Los Banos. Currently, I am working on my special problem, which involves estimating the proportion of individuals with access to e-government services. In relation to this, I'd like to request the 2019 NICTHS data at the individual level, as it will be my primary data source for my data methodology and analysis. Thank you and stay safe!
