We have received your request on Room Assignment ALE January 2016, dated Nov. 5, 2024.
While our primary objective is to provide information whenever possible, we regret to inform you that the requested information is now unavailable at this Office. We haven't kept copies of room assignments for 2016 and below. PRC started uploading to the PRC website and online platform of room assignments in 2017.

Your right to request a review
If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOI request, you have the option to request an internal review.
