I am pleased to inform you that your FOI request has been approved. The answer to your request is; that the CPD points you acquired last 2019 will not be credited on your next renewal in 2025. Registered and Licensed Professionals shall complete the required units every (3) years of the compliance period. Any excess CUs shall not be carried over to the next three-year period. For reference: Resolution No. 1032 IRR if RA 10912 Rule III Clause 10.1. Enclosed herewith is a copy of Resolution No. 1032.
Your right to request a review
If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOI request, you have the option to request an internal review. Please provide a detailed explanation of your dissatisfaction with our response within 15 calendar days from the date of receiving this response. Should you remain unsatisfied with the review outcome, you retain the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
