You may claim your COR or Board Certificate at the PRC Regional Office where you filed for your Initial Registration (First PRC ID).
There is no need for an online appointment, you just need to bring your PRC ID for verification purposes. You can claim it afterward as long as it is already available at the said PRC Regional Office.
