Hi! I would like to request information on the following: - Status and extents (location) of the on-going reclamation activities in the Philippines especially in areas that affect navigation. Please include timeline of activity. Much appreciated in you provide shapefiles, kmz files, or maps of the extents. - Maps or shapefiles or kmz files of recently finished reclamed areas.

Thank you for your request dated Oct. 20, 2024, made under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You have requested the number of FOI Users from 2016 to the present.

I am pleased to inform you that your FOI request has been approved. Enclosed, you will find a copy of the information you have requested. However, please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you requested. This limitation is due to the Pasay 360 Project's Amended Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) is still pending, hence, the PRA is constrained from providing its shapefile or kmz file.

Your right to request a review

If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOI request, you have the option to request an internal review.
