We have received your request on Policies and Guidelines on the Billing and Collection of Septage/Environmental Fee, dated Nov. 12, 2024.
While our primary objective is to provide information whenever possible, we regret to inform you that the requested information is not available at this Office. 
The Policies and Guidelines on the Billing and Collection of Septage Fee are provided and listed in the City Ordinance No. 737 also known as the "Septage Management Program in Puerto Princesa City". In a joint venture agreement between the City of Puerto Princesa and the private sector Faith Lived Out Visions 2 Venture Holdings Inc., Puerto Princesa Water Reclamation and Learning Center, Inc. (PPWRLC) is established to operate the innovative economical Septage and Sewerage Treatment Plant for the required implementation of septage and sewerage management system in the city.
The PPCWD's role is to collect 2 pesos per cubic meter of water consumption based on the monthly water bill pursuant to City Ordinance No. 737.
