Good day,

I'd like to file a police report.
On October 16, 2024, I've purchased an item online amounting 17600 pesos, I've sent the money to seller using Gcash but I didn't receive any service/product from the seller. The seller is uncontactable and not replying now.
My only info about the seller is 
Name: Crizel Vecina Baguio 
Contact number: 09108029434

I've also reported this to Gcash but I still needed police report to support my claim.

Please help me refund my money
