- How do you describe the organizational culture of PIDS?
PIDS has a culture of quality and excellence. PIDS also has a collegial environment which promotes open communication and ease of coordination within the organization. PIDS employees work together collegially, to share a sense of responsibility, to achieve its strategic objectives and to recognize accomplishments of all the members of the organization. These results in greater commitment to their work, job satisfaction and success.
- What is the culture of the following: Researchers, Technical Support Staff, and the Finance-Administrative Staff?
The same culture has been established in all departments/offices in PIDS. All members of the organization have shared vision, mission, and quality policy, and in-depth understanding of each other’s roles. There is strong and efficient collaboration among the departments to achieve common goals which results in outstanding outputs and effective client experience.
- Do the three share the same culture? Why.
There is a shared culture within PIDS as discussed in Question 2.
Your right to request a review
