I am Reychelle N. Magnaye, and I am currently a fifth-year student in the BS Architecture program. I am working on a thesis project for my Design 9 Thesis Writing course which involves transforming the Old Rizal Provincial Capitol and AMPARTS Warehouse into tourism destination. 

As part of my research, I require specific data and documents related to the Old Rizal Provincial Capitol. I recently reached out to the Pasig City Engineering Department, but they advised me to contact the Real Owner of site which is Landcom Realty located in 7th floor Allied Bank Centre 1200 Makati National Capital Region

I would greatly appreciate it if you could refer me to their office. I am seeking the following information:
1. A copy of any existing architectural plans of the Old Rizal Provincial Capitol including floor plans or elevations
2. Any existing documents or information related to structural details of the Old Rizal Provincial Capitol 

The requested information  is really important for my thesis, as it will help in assessing the planning of the proposed transformation. Please be assured that any data provided will be used strictly for educational purposes  and will remain confidential. Thank you
