Hi i am Luis Gabrielle V. Ladero a student under the Architecture program of the university of perpetual help laguna i would like to inquire on the availibility of the following documents 1. as built plan of the manila central post office building 2. any documents releted to the building 3. may request for site visitation to manila central post office 4 if approved where can i send the letter said visit is there email adress online all the files i have requested is purly academical purposes thank you
